Handmade pasta: rolled out with a rolling pin, using authentic ingredients, following traditional recipes, as tradition dictates, and accompanied by rich and flavorful sauces.

Tacconi: A true traditional dish. Artisanal pasta typical of the province of Pesaro and Urbino, prepared with locally sourced stone-ground fava bean flour, then combined with soft wheat flour, salt, and pepper. It has a yellowish color and a delicate flavor, with sweetish but uniformly savory notes. The pasta, compact and rough, holds the sauce well and is about 20-25 mm long. We offer it as tradition dictates: simple in ingredients but rich in flavor, in either a peasant or seafood version. It is a product that comes from poverty: in fact, in the past, when even wheat flour was considered a luxury, it was mixed with other cheaper types of flour, including that obtained from broad beans. From this custom, tacconi, also known as “tacòn,” were born.
